ABOUT ME
combatmedic,
Rased up on a tobacco farm, knew I wanted to be a solder when I seen my first real solder.Love the woods and every thing in them,Id rather be called a woodsmen than a hunter.I have a boy thats 12yr old and its just him and me some times but thats just fine,he will shoot any thing with hare or feathers on it.I have a lot of time on my hands now so I spend every day some where doing something in the woods.Books every thing from George Wasington's winter at Valley Forge to S.f.O.in Afghanistan.Music Hank Jr.,James Taylor,Jimmy Buffet,Motown,Southern Rock and some Deen Martin.Life has been something for sure, but I would not change anything for the world GOD has blest me for sure.
Hey Kevin...its been awhile. Good to hear from ya. Thats great Tucker got a buck...sure hate to hear about his arm though. I am sure you will get a buck before season is up. Hope ya have a great weekend.
A lady was telling her neighbor that she saw a man driving a pick-up truck down the interstate, and a dog was hanging onto the tail gate for dear life!
She said if the pick-up truck driver hadn't been going so fast in the other direction, she would have tried to stop him.
A few weeks later, her neighbor saw this truck at the Bass Pro Shop. The pick-up truck driver is a local taxidermist with a great sense of humor! And it is not a dog it is a coyote.

talk with you soon your friend from the swamp,
170? THAT SOUNDS HUGE FOR DOWN SOUTH! SOUNDS LIKE YOU HAVE A PLAN, NOW YOU JUST HAVE TO MAKE IT HAPPEN! I SURE HOPE YOU GET THE CHANCE IN THIS ONE. IT SOUNDS LIKE YOUR MANAGEMENT IS STARTING TO PAY OFF FOR YOU GUYS. WHAT PART OF IL IS YOUR FRIEND FROM? I LIVED THERE FOR AWHILE, THEY'VE GOT SOME MONSTER WHITTAILS. A COUPLE OF THE BIG WHITETAILS ON MY HUSBANDS SITE ARE FROM IL. HOPEFULLY I WILL GET TO HUNT THERE NEXT FALL. WAS HOPING TO GO THIS FALL, BUT NOT GOING TO MAKE IT. OUR SECOND RIFLE SEASON STARTS THE 17TH. MY BOY AND I ARE PUMPED. I CAN'T WAIT TO LET SOME LEAD FLY. WE WILL ONLY GET TO HUNT THREE DAYS, SO I'M NOT GOING TO BE PICKY. BUT IF YOU DON'T HEAR FROM ME, YOU MIGHT HAVE TO SEND IN RESCUE, I MAY JUST NOT WANT TO COME HOME! HE GETS FIRST BULL(HOPEFULLY) I'LL SHOOT A COW IF I GET THE CHANCE. WE NEED SOME MEAT IN THE FREEZER.
HOWDY! I'M STILL ALIVE. BEEN BUSY WITH WORK AND KIDS. TRYING TO STAY AHEAD AND LOOKING FORWARD TO HUNTING CAMP NEXT WEEKEND! HOPE ALL IS WELL. HOWS THE HUNTING GOING?
