hi neighbor going real slow this year got 2 does so far no bucks close enough yet me and my son still have to get a buck yet but might just take another doe just to fill the freezer this year. how things with your hunting.
got my buck 2 weeks ago. now trying to get some meat but they have changed pattern on us so it's like starting all over. i have one spot that has rubs all over the place around my blind but i can't figure out when they are coming through. my brother and my neighbor haven't shot anything yet so it's a free for all to fill tags for everybody since we all hunt together. i'd sure like to get a couple does before season ends. i have more time now since i got laid off last week. the flooring business is slooow!
keep me posted on your success. good luck to both of you!
I am actually putting the finsihing touches on my new venison cookbook called "I'm Game if You Are!" It will be available by the end of September...beginning of October....it will feature over 70 recipes...taking you from breakfast to appetizers, gourmet burgers made with venison, flatbreads made with venison, dinner recipes, sausage recipes, soups, stews, etc...and even side dishes you can make with your game...the cookbook is very detailed on cooking instructions...my recipes are killer and could help some people win wild game cooking competitions...
I'm glad you have a love for cooking for your family...family is first in my book...and nothing can satisfy you more than cooking a great meal for you family that makes a tasteful memory...
Please stay in touch!!! Take a moment to check out my website too at www.wildcheff.com - I have a series of gourmet spice and sausage blends there that blows away anything I have seen on the market for hunters....
God bless,
Denny

No worries & take your time! It took me a couple weeks on & off to get my page put together & pictures in the gallery! LOL!!! I'd never done the whole "myspace deal" so it was all new to me! LOL!!! And, I have some great friends that's are seriously physically challenged and they've both amazed me with new technology that out there for both hunting and fishing! One of them runs a website just for that.
