I am Cody Frank im 16 and I love hanging out with my friends from church, i play drums some guitar and the piano i love singing sometimes that's what gets me through my days. i have been through a lot of things in my life beetween losing people i love and family members almost dieing several times in my life i know that God has a purpose for me in my life as her does for everyone if you that person who just doesn't know what else to do in life seek God and figure it out because whoever you are you meant to be hear things could be much worse than they are so be grateful for the people in your life because all it takes is 1 minute and they can be gone. so if you don't know where else to go in life seek God and he will guide you in the right direction live your life for what its worth.

just kinda picked up another interest going to the gym and just pumping iron for about 1, 2, 3, even 4 hours at a time it gets your mind off things you don't wanna think about. last night i shrugged 215! yeah baby!!!! especially if your the type of guy that cares about how you look the gym is the perfect place to go to work on that and it makes you feel like your worth some...(well at least me it does). well guys take it easy and keep it simple..enjoy life every second you can...peace
