I like all kinds of music. Some rock, some Jazz, Love the blues, bluegrass, and country.

Lots of hunting mags, and the good book. I also like some good poetry. Like writing it too.

Painting wildlife and hunting scenes, carving, have dabbled in taxidermy a bit, but above all else, I love to hunt.

Not too many good things to watch on the boob tube, these days, IMHO. Most of it is utter crap. I do like good comedy and real life stories.

All those who have served and are serving military, are also my heroes. The Canadian, and the USA military.
Jesus, without him, I'd be lost, in more ways than one.
Got a few other heroes out there. One of them is a young man named Randy Oitker. He's one of the finest examples of young manhood, I have seen in a long, long time.
Another personal hero of mine is a guy named Steve B. You know who you are. He's a little rough around the edges,..LOL.. but he'd give you his right arm, if you needed it more than he did.

The Postal Service created a stamp with a picture of President Obama on it,
but noticed that the stamp was not sticking to envelopes. This enraged the

1.The stamp is in perfect order
2.There is nothing wrong with the glue
3.People are spitting on the wrong side

No, I didn't find it. It poured rain and wiped out all blood trails, so I did grid searching. Came up empty. I was going to go out again on the 3rd day, but it just poured down. I'm still bummed out about it, because I know he's dead somewhere in there. It's so dang thick this time of the year too. I guess it's time to go look for circling birds now.
That sucks, I'm sorry you didn't find it....my sister shot a doe this past weekend and we searched forever for it, but we're pretty sure it was justa broken leg, so it probably will live...just a part of hunting that we all hate...we think we do everything right and it still can happen
