Just had my first day of hunting yesterday in Maine...kind of uneventful...did not see any deer, but we will get into them before the season is out....we always do!!!
Roger that Kimosabe...just returned from a hunting trip at a private preserve of 25,000 acres that was founded and started in the 1800's...incredible place to hunt..wild boar, deer, elk, turkey, etc...it was as beatiful as it was exciting!

Thanks for checking in...always great to hear from you...life has been hectic here in New England too...I'm looking forward to hopefully doing some lake trout and salmon fishing in Maine before the Summer is over...and always looking ahead towards hunting...

You don't have to rig up anything unless you just wanna. I have plenty of bows already fixed up just for bowfishing! Compound, recurve, left handed or right. I think I've got it covered for everyone! haha.

Nope! No crappie, we can't shoot any game fish. They made catfish legal this year so we can shoot them. We can shoot buffalo, carp, gar, bowfin, shad, and catfish.
The fishing is really good! We've been shootin some slabs and seeing a whole bunch of gar. I'm still waiting on the water to get right in some places and I still have a few honey holes I need to check up on! But all in all we've been laying the smack down on some fish here lately!
