Darrell and I just go back from Stafford, Kansas (www.CalloftheWildOutfitter.homestead.com) where we have been chasing turkey the last couple of days.  WE WERE SNAKE BIT!  I have never, in 5 years, gone to Kansas and ZEROED! The birds were definitely there, as always, but between the weather and bad luck we could not catch a break. 

There was one morning we had 5 BIG TOMS within 20 yards and could not get a shot...very frustrating.  As you always hear, that is why they call it hunting and not shooting.  We really appreciate Jim Call, because he was out everyday driving around locating birds for us & the other hunters in camp.  He really worked hard and seemed to be just as frustrated as we were.

"Thank You" Jim Call and I can honestly say I know we will have better luck next year.
