That's right. As long those that who commit the crimes don't point their fingers at others and cry about someone depriving them of a chance of killing something. It does not matter if your trespassing, poaching elk in CO., shooting a turkey with a rifle, riding an ATV on a public road, 60 in a 55. It's all the same and as long as everyone playing the game knows that the same rules apply to everyone involved. Just remember, like a man told me one time- "you got caught fair and square, take your medicine like a man, son"
