My brother has harvested three turkeys this year. He has also missed one. On one hunt we were at one of my friends land. I spent the night there, but my brother met us ther in the morning. He was going to go to a part of the property no one had been to. Instead, he went to a road inbetween two fields. He set up a full strut gobbler decoy that we purchased. He put it out at about fifteen yards. After flydown he did some soft calling, and eventually two gobblers came in at seven steps. He shot,and missed. they ran out of view, and then my brother gobbled with his mouth. One of the birds ran back and my brother waxed him.
