Was it the game commision / Insurance comp.  who knows ?  We finnally caught them releasing a mt lion. Here's the story: My neighbor see's this helicopter flying low around his fields. he runs out to see what they are up to. The helicoter  hoovers over this one section of field & begins to lower this object on a cable to with in 10' of the ground & release's it. the object turns out to be mt lion hits the ground running & runs across the field into the woods.
