This apparently happened in western Queensland, Australia. The story goes, there were two pig shooters on a weeks holiday a days drive from home and hoping to gain access to a property that one of them had hunted on many years ago. The property had been sold and the original hunter went and spoke with the new owner. They were given the go ahead and the station owner told him there was a cow down by the yards with a broken leg. They could shoot it and take it with them for a bait dump. When the hunter got back to his mate as a joke he told him they were told to get off and never come back. Driving past the yards, about 300m from the house, the driver picked out the cow and said "This will #*%^ him" and promptly droped the cow with one shot. Before he could laugh there was a volley of shots from the passanger seat and four more cows were either dead or wounded............ They didn't shoot any pigs that week!
