HELP!!!kenco feeder not working

i just bought a new kenco game feeder. i installed the 6 volt battery as said in the instructions, that is the instructions i could read after my buddies dog got into em. it wont work,hasnt gone off once!! anyone know what is wrong or how i can get in touch with kenco?

just google up kenco. they are made by flambeau. you can also get an online instuctin book that the dog can't eat, and online help. good luck.
