Far be it, from me, to critique any hunting game that comes along... god knows we need them to get through to the next opening day or when we need  to get out there without leaving the house, but how many of you have played every hunting game cabelas had come out with? didnt you feel some depth and quality in the game, the ability to make your own story in career mode when you played big game hunter or dangerous hunts on PS or PS2?

Is it just me, or did anyone else feel there wasn't much to big game hunter and ultimate duck hunt for wii? Seems a slight oversight in the developer's checklist left out some depth to these games. Dont get me wrong, what they created was fantastic, but far,far too short.

for example, big game hunter in career mode was based on the exploits of one man hunting one big game animal on every continent, not really fulfilling the potential, just giving a taste of each continent. It was just too short, folks. and many big game animal opportunity was overlooked. for instance, Africa; WHERE THE HELL WERE THE BIG FIVE? kudu and a lion were not satisfying.

And ultimate duck hunt.... Hmmm... Well, it was difficult to learn the controls to work the retriever, but, again, very short. Very disappointed in cabelas game development staff. five of the 51 states in the U.S. were the only options given to hunt in this game.

If you've played the other games, im sure some of you have, you know you've got some time wrapped in the game, trying new weapons, many game animal to hunt, and many new areas to hunt in if your good enough to unlock them.

In short, i gues my biggest discontention is whoever designed these games didnt think to put much time into it. I'm very disappointed in this. Cabelas is a quality name i"ve trusted for years, and you expect more from the creators of the original big game hunter.Im just saying, they could've made these games for the wii better.Much, Much better.
