Our dog "trooper" (Weimaraner) made his first bust today. We went over to our lease in the town of Solon, which connects to Baker Schoolhouse State Forest, Plenty of room to work a dog. We had only walked in three-four hundred yards, and I spotted a flock up ahead of us on another logging road. I walked him over to the roadway, and that was all it took. I was just paging through the regulation's for WISCONSIN and let me tell you what.....it's more confusing then ever! Maybe it's me, that's not understanding the book, but it isn't any easier to figure out! They combined rule's and regulation's together, along with zones and said that it's was a more efficient way, but in my opinion, it made it harder to understand.
