Blue Bird Skies and Goose Hunting

Today was a nice day, if your not a waterfowler that is. The sky was bright and clear with a few clouds here and there. The wind was blowing about 10-15 mph and the temp on my Garmin Rhino was 14 degrees.

That was the key to today’s hunt.

Looking out the window I would have said the geese would never fly today.

Canada - Day 4

Today started off with a Duck & Goose hunt. Our limits for the day were 8 Ducks, 8 Canadian Geese, and 20 Snow Geese. Well there were 3 of us who were shooting so the potential to have over 100 birds on the ground and going to the freezer sounded awesome. The area we ended up in had been scouted for 5 continous days before we showed up to hunt there this morning and each day it was loaded
