Honey-Vinegar-Soy-Garlic Marinade
  Honey, White Wine Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Garlic Cloves, Fresh Ginger, (or Ground Dried), tarragon

Combine ½ C. each honey, white wine vinegar and soy sauce together with 4 finely minced cloves garlic (or 1 tsp. powdered), 1 Tbl. Freshly ground ginger and ½ tsp. thumb in palm ground tarragon.
