August Activities so far....

Well friends, so far this month it's been pretty busy for us.  Saturday August 1, and Sunday August 2, found us at Bass and Bucks in Wabash, IN for the annual R-100 archery shoot.  It was a great time and I suggest that anyone that hasn't done this shoot yet...do it!  I managed to get my 1000 pt pin, and the wife placed 2nd and 3rd on the courses.  The weather was almost perfect and the staff at Bass and Bucks did a great job as usual!

switched from Extreme sights to Apex

I recently switched from my trusy 5 yr old Extreme sights (2 pin) to the new Apex .19 (4 pin) with ultraviolet light.  Right out of the box was almost deadnuts at 20 yrds, but the whole housing that holds pins is slightly loose and cannot find anyways to tighten it,  Ive read about the light breaking off easily but nothing about the loose pin housing.  Anyone have any suggestions?...
