It is finally here! We have been bowhunting hard since the first day of season and we are finally to the time that we live for. Wisconsin Archery Season 2009 started out a bit rough this year. The family hunting land of more than 9 years was sold and which I had been hunting my entire hunting career. Where to hunt now? In an example of how activists can hinder law abiding sportsmen, the head of a local animal rights organization recently blocked a Connecticut bow hunter from harvesting a deer he had legally hunted and shot.
