Took off last friday for a bear/deer hunt up north.. Dry as a bone and as you can imagine the dust was horrid. Took the ranger, and one other quad. hunted all day and barely saw any sign. The brush is real thick and almost impossible to see into.. Some open areas offer a better chance when the sun starts. Saw one black bear out around 1500 yards across the mountain. Bit too long for a good shot LOL.. Only saw 10 deer the whole trip. It was nice and cool but ...
