Did you ever get your bear meat processed? I got mine back the other day and I have to say...Wow! Some of the best game meat I've tasted to date. I had mine processed into pepperoni, mild Italian sausage and burger. the pepeproni and sausage are out of this world. Let me know if you want to try some and I'll bring it into work this week. Year I have a Taxidermist that, in my book is the best becasue of his prices and turn around time not to mention his work. We have a business relationship and do a little swapping.
