Blog Entry: Place thestrips of meat in 1 bottle of soy sauce [10oz] mixed with 1 bottle of liquidsmoke [4oz]. Soak for 5 minutes. Place on dehydrator racks and sprinkle withHotShot [black and red pepper blend]. Dehydrate 8-10 hours depending onthickness of meat. I slice my meat approximately 1/4 inch thick. Then place oncookie sheet in 180 degree preheated oven for 5 minutes. Cool, bag andrefrigerate. This stuff is the best. Spicy and Smoky. Too bad I won't be eating any with my jaw wired shut this season.
