All types of music from George Strait and Carrie Underwood to 80's music, Andrea Bocelli, Bob Seger, Allman Brothers, Stevie Ray Vaugh, Susan Tedeschi, John Mellonhead - I mean Melloncamp, ZZ Top, Los Lonely Boys, Dave Matthews, Foreigner, Russ Taff, loved seeing Esteban perfom when I lived in Arizona, country, blues, Christian, classic rock, anything but rap. My musical interests are pretty diverse.
BOOKS
Bible, Dennis Waitley Books, John Maxwell books, Steve Chapman books, How to Win Friend and Influence People, most any good self-improvement book, Omnivore's Dilemna, Interesting biographies or books that describe how people overcome their challenges.
INTERESTS
I love cooking, anything that involves wine (hope to visit Napa and other great wine Regions some day - including my roots, which are in Bordeaux and Cognac region of France), traveling, hunting, fishing, all type of music and performances, public speaking, entertaining people, football and an occasional NFL tailgate. I love the ocean as well as the mountains, lakes and streams.
TELEVISION
I like all kinds of shows - mostly ones that aren't the typical network shows that are getting real old at attempting to be funny. So You Think You Can Dance, Idol (reminds me of my old music competition days), CSI, Deadliest Catch, Hunting channels, Food shows, Travel Channel, 70's Show (pretty accurate of how things were in those days)

John Wayne, Ronald Reagan, Tony Snow (who passed away), Jacques Pepin, mt Lord and Saviour for starters
I am an avid hunter of 28 years, Master Game Chef and a National Pro-Staff Game Chef. I love to educate and inspire people about how to take their game cooking or cooking in general to a whole new level!!! You will soon be able to see my WildCheff cooking segments on the Outdoor Channel via Steve Gruber's shows. The Food Network is also exploring me for a potential show featuring my fish and game cooking. I Founded the WildCheff Cooking Academy in 1995, where I educate people on a "best practice" methodology for coooking fish and game; am a National Public Speaker (I am a part of the featured speaker's list for the Professional Outdoor Media Speaker's Bureau, which also features outdoor personalities such as Ted Nugent, Wade Boggs, Michael Waddell, Brenda Valentine, Jay Novacek, Peter Fiduccia and others. I'm am working on various levels with the National Bison Association, North American Deer Farmer's Association and the North American Elk Breeder's Association concerning the culinary side of game. These organizations represent several thousand ranchers who raise game in this country for hunt ranches and restaurants.
As an aside: I am a former blues singer too - I may occasionally sing for a meal. :)
