My shoulder injury was a non-surgery required injury. The PT gave me these stretchy deals to wrap around a door knob and pull in different directions - she gave me diagrams. Within a couple weeks I was back on the 3d course.

Man that's terrible. My neighbor is a physical therapist. She gave me shoulder and back exercises when I was injured - got me back behind my bow again. Maybe if you see a PT they'll help.

Thanks for the add. When do you start deer in VT. I do some hunting in Rowe, MA. Not a lot of deer there, but a good hunt. Big woods, lots of space.
