ABOUT ME
My name is Scott born and raised in Milford, DE. I spent six outstanding years in the United States Marine Corps before coming back to DE. I've been hunting since I was 14 mainly bowhunting whitetails but I've caught the turkey bug pretty bad about eight years ago. I've been out west a few times for elk, antelope, mule deer. So far only successful on the elk but wouldn't trade that for anything. I usually try to go to Iowa every year(draw pending).

Love that elk hunting - come back and be successful again...you can't help but be successful when elk huntin' cuz you don't even need to shoot anything to consider the trip a success!

Turkey season is among us in Maryland. Remember to stay quiet, don't move and cover up.

Spring tip: Make the lead hen fight you in your calls and she will come after you. The gobbler will chase the lead hen and that is how you get them henned up gobblers to come out and play :)
