ABOUT ME: I am a Wife, mom to 2 handsome boys, Registered Nurse working in informatics, and a cancer survivor!!! My husband has been an avid hunter since I meet him and his love for the outdoors has worn off on me. My first hunting experience is one that I was very lucky to have. In 2000 I was selected in the NH Moose Lottery and on October 23rd with the help of my husband I shot a 500 lb cow. The plan my husband and I came up with was once we found our moose I would count it out and we would shoot on 3. This plan was altered a little when I started the count 1........2.... BANG - whoops, "what happened to 3" Down went our moose, I had shot on 2 and not 3 :) This hunt was an amazing experience and I can still remember the adrenaline rush this created!
