ABOUT ME
I'm a Mom to two beautiful daughters ages 12 & 13 and have been engaged for almost 3 years. My 13 year-old shoots competitively and absolutely loves archery (like her Mom!) while my 12 year-old used to shoot (still has her bow). Besides archery, I enjoy riding my motorcycle (though don't get to often enough), atv riding (just ride on friends as I don't have one YET!), and am a huge fan of trucks (I have an F250 4x4 Crew Cab that I just love!). I have not hunted yet, but am hoping to learn this Fall and hunt for white tails. I can't wait! Yeppers...I am a Country Girl!
congrads!! almost huntin time gal, glad your doing well!! keep it up,then the rush begins!!
Thank ya!!
Got my tires, BTW. Went with the BFG AT's 285/70/17. I had shaking in my steering the other night on the highway, so it was a must!! They were really balddddddd.....
glad you got um,how much were they per tire?? O just put a set on this eve but they were 285/75/16.heavy suckers!! now your ready to hunt!!
It cost me $1254.00 including alignment, etc for it all. I did end up getting brake pads done on Friday (didn't need rotors despite what they said) for $69.41 for the cost of the pads (front and back). A friend did them for me, thank God!
ouch, that hurts!! thats alot of money!! yea, lots of people in the industry takes advantage of most people as I have learned over the years!! good for you!! glad you got it all done, now its time to hunt gal!!
Well go get'em! When the time comes there are some fine shotguns out there. I bought my kids a 20g Mossberg that shoots great and has much less recoil. They haven't killed a deer with it yet, but they can shoot clays all afternoon with no problems.

LOL!!! I have always had one of the best senses of direction out of all my buddies and they always lean on me to be the driver and/or guide for different things but I've even gotten myself lost before out in the hills, following along ridges hunting when one ridge took a Y off another and I didn't realize I was out on a Y so when I crossed over and started hunting back, I wasn't going where I thought I was and ended up out on the other end of the Y thinking W-T-F! Where in the H am I? LOL!!! So, if I'm headed out into the hills, I take a compass!

I can't speak for others in class as I'm sure many of them know more than I do about this stuff, but it has been quite enlightening. Learning how to read the compass on the other hand, oh my....I have no clue!
