Now don't get me wrong folks
I ain't no couch 'tater
I get my work done
And then watch movies later

I've always loved seein
Harry up on the screen
I was up there myself
Sometimes in my dreams

When I was a young boy
I watched all them fellas
They taught me to never
Call anyone 'Yella"

Less he was a polecat
And not worth a dime
Then ya just stand yore ground
He'll back down every time

When I was a youngster
Didn't know most their names
They provided the background
For little boys' games

We sure didn't notice
The things were were learnin
Like Honor and Justice
And a deep down ole yearnin

For wide open spaces
And mountains and prairies
And a deep love of country
Like Duke's, Ben's and Harry's

So as I get older
I look back on things
And remember the stories.
I can still hear them sing

'Bout the bright Yellow Ribbon
And Kathleen so fair
Their voices still echo
In the still Western air.

Thanks Harry, Thanks Ben
Thanks Duke and Ward too
You molded this fella
Like fine sculptors do

I really enjoy cowboy action shooting (SASS), making wine and wood working when I am not hunting.

Me... Hmmmm?

My name is Joe and I am a school teacher from northern New York. I teach 7th grade wood shop. Before I became a teacher I was an apprentice cabinetmaker and a foreman in a furniture factory.

I have a lovely wife and two kids that I adore. I may disappear to hunting camp or elsewhere but I would rather be home with them.

My location is so ideal. I can be in a sportsmans paradise within an hour in any direction. To the north I have the St. Lawrence River and Canada. To the east I have the Adirondacks. To the south I have the mighty Salmon River and Trillium Mountain. And lastly to the east I have the awesome fishery that is Lake Ontario.

I look forward to chatting and meeting some of you in the future.

Happy Trails
