Hey bud! I used to hunt deer in the Temecula Valley and even grew up in SoCal, in Sunnymead and even played Little League at March AFB there. I lived in Winchester CA years ago with my wife before pulling stakes and going to Texas. Good hunting in Cali if you can get past the knuckleheads trying to keep you from doing it! Great hogs in the LaPanza range east of San Luis Obispo. Heard turkey populations have really grown in the Julian/St Ysabel area too. Also, good bear hunting up behind the Rose Bowl from what I understand. Hope you have a great time here!
