Normally, there's links that pop up at the top or bottom of pages that you can click on & go to myspace type places where you can pick backgrounds etc... I used one of my own pictures for my background. You have to be careful about getting to much myspace type stuff on your page or it really slows down the access to your page & then folks won't want to go to it if it runs real slow. You can design your own by clicking on that from your account page and/or add any background image you want. Then for a music section, you can go to someone's page that has music, like mine and in the lower left corner of my music section, there's a tab you can click on to go set-up your own music. It takes you to a web site where you can set up a free account, search for & pick songs for free & then you click on "My account" to see your list and near the top of the page will be a tab you can click on to create a "myspace link" to your music & after about 3 steps, a window will pop up with a big long link to your music that you can highlight, right click, "copy" and then go to "edit your profile" on camospace and go to your music block, right click & "paste" the link into your music section, then save the changes (at the bottom) and you'll have your music on your page.
