Anything that has a good beat. I pretty much like it all I'm more jealous that I have no musical abilities.
INTERESTS
Used to wrestle in the younger days placed 4th in Iowa state tournament. Also qualified in state track for several events. Used to be assistant wrestling coach at Burlington High for several years. I also played slow pitch softball and still get tricked into playing every so often. But now sports are behind me and I concentrate on my wife Juli and daughter Bayla and son Bowen, oh ya and did I mention that I hunt too and love to camp and drink beer over a fire or by a grill.

Whitetail Freaks, Real tree road trips,dream season land of the giants-go Iowa- college football and wrestling.
I grew up in Mediapolis IA and now live just outside Mt. Pleasant. I have been in the woods all my life and started bow hunting 5 years ago and every day I ask myself why I did not start sooner."wrestling" But now I'm married and we have 2 rug rats Bayla and Bowen. I just can't wait to finally take them out someday but for now I try and find a new youth hunter every year. I'd rather take a kid out then shoot a 160"er myself. I also am a regular blue collar guy who works 3rd shift. (So I can bow hunt every single night)
Hey brother,had a blast in Iowa.Weather sucked,but I did see 32 bucks.One WELL over 200.I got tired about day 8 and shot a 132'' 8 pt.Not the biggest,but I was worn out. and starting to get a little homesick.Ill give yu a call this weekend and give ya some more details. I'm glad you had a good time. Things have been slow for all my buddies. I however shot one thats around 145"es on the 1st. Saw one over 200"s, I don't think I've seen one like that definately must be in a good area. Nice job and take care. Ben

I took my good buddy out to one of my spots on Saturday night and I called in a nice one for him 13 pts and scored 165"es it was a good night!!!
Thats awsome , i seen my first 200 plus on the hoof while i was up there at 80 yrds. Ill call and tell you the story,it would take me an hour to type it .Neighbor had it on trail cam. said he was easy 215, 12pt.I dam near wet my pants.Ha ha

Yeh I hope to see him this year, but bad news is Lee and Tiff also have him on their hitlist so who knows. I did see him at 300 yards though in broad daylight last weekend so if Im lucky. Good luck to you good to see other southeastern Iowa hunters on here!
