Whitetail Properties TV and just about any whitetail hunting show.
My name is Jason Smith and I am a simple Iowa country boy that has a passion for whitetail hunting and hunting land. In college I studied Fish and Wildlife Biology and then spent nearly 20 years as a police officer.
Today I work for Whitetail Properties as a Land Specialist and Auctioneer. I am also a member of the Whitetail Properties TV Pro Team. We sell hunting properties and land all acoss the Midwest. Our television show Whitetail Properties TV is a one of a kind hunting and real estate show that shows you how purchase your own land for hunting and recreation. Owning your own whitetail paradise is very rewarding and has many advantages, income potential! Did you know that you can own land and it will generate income for you? When you also consider land appreciation there really is no better investment for a hunter!
I live on a 260 acre farm in the Loess Hills of Western Iowa, (Mondamin Iowa) which just happens to be Iowa's best kept Whitetail Secret!! When I'm not busy at work I'm usually working on food plots, cameras, shed hunting, building blinds, putting up stands or working on the farm. Its my dream life and I love helping others achieve the dream of land ownership! Its much easier than you think, and not just for the wealthy.
Hey man,
I see we aren't too far from each other. I'm in Atlantic. And FYI, i would have to agree with western iowa being overlooked (but I dont mind one bit)
I don't hunt scrapes much, I prefer food sources. Look for where the does are at, the bucks WILL come there. The majority of work done on scrapes is in total darkness while you are at home resting up for the next hunt. Scrapes can be a very boring and lonely place during the day!
