I love my tractor "Brutus" and there's nothing better than some "Dirt Therapy" to relax ya...my office :)

ABOUT ME


I am a Wildlife Tech. for Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission.I help take care of 2 W.M.A.'s here, totalling about 36,000 acres.
I maintain the roads and firelines mostly, but i do a lil' bit of everything, whatever needs to be done.We do alot of prescribed burning, the rewards are countless.Everyday is a blessing and I thank God each and every day for what i do and for the folks i do it with.
I've been married for 19 years, i have 2 girls... neither hunt but support me,actually no one in my family other tha my twin sister hunt,everyone in my family is supportive other than my dad and his wife, but thats ok .My twin sister recently found our brother from my dad's first marriage, so we're in the process of getting to know eachother.I have 3 dogs....My bloodhound Anddee Byrd is my heart, then I have a yellow lab Jake and a Rottie, Bear, all are my babies...I started hunting in "1997", but didn't get addicted until "2000"...
My sister(Fl.Huntress) got me into hunting...Turkey hunting is my passion, but i sure love it all.
Deer, hog, duck, small game, it doesn't matter, I'll find a way to be out in the woods.

Ma I'm doing good, but gettin tired of the deer. I'm on a new piece of property this year and it is covered in birds...the best part is that the other members don't hunt hardly at all. I have about 10 longbeards and one has a double beard...I can't wait till spring. I'll put up some pics. Good luck on them deer here and up north. Tell Rut hello for me!

thanks, left early...saw not a single deer in 3 days...hunt is in my blog under hunting journal 2009-2010.. it was horrible
