Advanced Strategies for Trophy Whitetails, and Hunting Trophy Whitetails (both by David Morris). All reloading manuals. Anything on the subjects of globalization, international politics, and the application of modern warfare.
As for magazines, I'm often found with The Economist, North American Whitetail, or Rifle Shooter (not necessarily in that order).

I've been in the Navy for 20 years, and I fly the SH-60B Seahawk helicopter. I've been married to my wife Elaine for about four years, and I have a son, a daughter, and two stepsons. Although from Indiana originally, I graduated from Virginia Tech (Go HOKIES!) and just finished my Masters at the Air Command and Staff College in Montgomery, Alabama.
Work takes way too much of my time, so I don't get to hunt nearly as much as I'd like. One of my kids hunts, although I'm holding out hope for the others. My wife doesn't hunt, but she's wicked smart and drop-dead gorgeous, so she gets a buy on just about everything else!
Check out our hunt club at www.buckforest.net. My stepson and I have been members for a year, and I couldn't be happier! It's 3,500 contiguous acres of trophy managed land in the South Carolina low country. We have only a handful of members, and we're all dedicated to growing big bucks!
