Thanks.I see you hunted in Kansas.Did you hunt with an outfitter.Thats also a nice Illinois buck you have a picture of. Have you done any hunting out there.


I am a Do it Yourself hunter. I hunt public land in Kansas...there is a lot of it. Been there on a few occasions My Illinois hunts are trespass fee hunts. The buck in the picture is still on his feet and I am thinking hard on going back out there after him.

Turkey season is among us in Maryland. Remember to stay quiet, don't move and cover up.

Spring tip: Make the lead hen fight you in your calls and she will come after you. The gobbler will chase the lead hen and that is how you get them henned up gobblers to come out and play :)
