I am 26 years old, from McKinney Texas. I am a store manager for Tom Thumb, in Frisco Texas. I love everything that has to do with the outdoors and hunting. I love Realtree camo, Duck Commander duck calls, Duck Commander videos, Realtree roadtrips, Hoyt bows, Benelli shotguns, and am very family oriented. I also love the new Buck Commander family.
Thanks for the compliments on the pics Scott! Yeh, I don't know what I was thinking shootin that little narrow racked 10 pt...I guess I'll chalk it up to a case of "Buck Fever"...lol!
Maine deer season could be interesting. Very harsh winter this past year did a number on the herd. I am a buck hunter but obviously everyone is not. In order to shoot a doe you must draw a permit. The state cut off half of the state to doe hunting for this year because of the past winter. It will be tough for some people who are hunting for meat. Geese and mallards are plentiful so it should be a good water fowl season. Turkeys are every where up here so fall season should be good too. Good luck and keep me posted on your season
I bet.. I completely understand the huntin in the rain. I go whether its rainin or not. :)

Good luck to you and your son. Let me know how it goes... The hog hunt was awesome!.. Took my brother and a friend of ours down, and did some spot and stalk with a bow. Just creeping through thick brush, and grown up fields. Really exciting. Whacked 3 of them. Was pretty fun stalking them in the pouring rain...
Been ready for fall since the end of last fall. :) Temps are slowly dropping a bit here in Virginia's Shenandoah Valley. There are a couple of counties that are about to start a very early deer season. First time for that this year.
This season is all about my son though. My goal is to get him on a deer and have him take the shot! :) Its gonna be fun!
Also, I'm going duck hunting with any luck(weather and ducks being there) down in La for the first time in my life with my father-in-law, brother-in-law and my son this fall. That should be fun.
All in all, lifes good. Lots to look forward too.
Hope the hog huntin was good (I've never done that either).

Last week I was hog hunting in Central Texas. The first part of the week was miserable. Got over 104 degrees every day. Every since Friday, it has been raining. Glad, we really needed it. It was 70 degrees yesterday morning! So right now it's not too bad. How bout you? Ready for Fall?
