DAWNSBUCK Waiting for October!!!!

I am a mother of 3. My son is 22 and a Mud Engineer. I have twin daughters who are 17 and seniors in High School. They are getting ready to start college. They are both super involved in school. One is Student Council President and the other is Secretary. We did the whole Cheerleading for 8 years! I am so very pleased as to how they all three seem to be tackling life. My friends would describe me as Friendly, Honest, Fun to be around and always smiling..

Wow that's great!!! and Always open to suggestions

Okay two suggestions for Tensas:
(1) If you know where the old Wilhite's(sp?) campground used to be...go back east up the road and if you look on the map there is a bowhunting only zone on the south side of the road. Well just across the river to the north there is an old homesite that butts up against the no hunting zone. About an acre or two of that old homesite is grown over in briars and was home to several bucks last year.....as a matter of fact I missed one. And it was about this time last year, right before the first gun hunt. And they responded to calls really well.

(2) Right there along the river in the same area there's a 4-wheeler trail call 16 mile I believe the name of it is. Anyway, as you ride down that trail the new trail veers away from the river and you can still see where the old trail used to follow it (maybe a mile or two from the start). Park your atv's there and follow the river on foot for about a 1/2 mile and you'll see a field across the river. Last year it was planted in wheat and deer were crossing the river in herds to get there in the evening and coming back in the same herds early in the morning. If you or your husband need any more info, would be glad to share some. Another good place up by the headquarters but unless you enjoy LOTS of walking I'll hold onto that one. Good luck!!
