I have been a full time police officer in central NC for almost thirteen years. I am currently assigned as a patrol sergeant. I have been on my department's tactical team as a sniper and entry team member. I was also a K-9 officer for just about seven years. Now my K9 partner is retired and living at home with me.
Grew up in Jacksonville, NC as a USMC brat. I spent some time in the U.S. Coast Guard as well in Astoria, OR and Ft. Macon in Atlantic Beach, NC

The Postal Service created a stamp with a picture of President Obama on it,
but noticed that the stamp was not sticking to envelopes. This enraged the
President, who demanded a full investigation. After a month of testing and
$1.73 million in congressional spending, a special Presidential commission
presented the following findings:
1.The stamp is in perfect order
2.There is nothing wrong with the glue
3.People are spitting on the wrong side

nobody hurt. I anticipated him pulling out just as he got to the exit to the business he was coming out of and I started to slow down. I t-boned him at about 15mph. Not too fast. Any faster and I would have probably nailed him right at his door. Then there would have been injuries on his part. Still thankful no one was hurt.
