I am a cajun from Ville Platte, LA. I was born and raised there... grew up hunting, fishing, and cooking. My wife and I recently moved to Iowa to complete our medical residencies (and hunt the big bruisers of the midwest.) Don't know too many people up here so if you live in Central east or south east Iowa, drop me a line.
