I started hunting at a very young age. We did not have much money so hunting, trapping, and gathering where more a way of life than a hobby. I hunted solitary most of my youth, so I learned to hunt from the animals I pursued, rather than learning the bad habits of others. Because of the self teaching, I do not hunt the same as others and many of my "outside the box" techniques seem strange to other hunters at 1st...
I love adventure. I have lived my life on the edge and enjoy that.
My closest call while hunting was while tracking a wounded bear and having my son shoot it right off the top of me when it attacked.
I have great website ( www.bloodbro.com ) with an awesome forum full of great hunters who share stories and tactics. I am on it every day unless Im out of town wrassling bears, or hunting deer.
Please consider viseting my site and joining the hunting forum.
I also make educational DVD's about extreme hunting techniques... My 1st DVD that released last year is called hunting marsh bucks, and has been doing very well. It goes into depth about the tactics I use to hunt public land.. I am about to release another called "Hill country" in a couple weeks.
,My hunts and tactics have been shown on several TV shows, radio shows, and magazines... If your interested in my DVD's you can get more info or by them on my site.
Hope to hear from you on WWW.BLOODBRO.COM

After reading your sight we grow up alot a like coming from a small farm I had unlimeted time to set and watch nature. As I know you have also I had a core grop of friends you hunted with as I hunted with, they would always climb the fileds or the cut overs, where as I was determend to get in the thickest parts of a cypres swamp between two or more feeding areas and back off the trail and burry my self into a galberry bush.A lot of times I would chose over a rifle for my mossberge pump(being in the military I do not trust autos)I would always make sure the wind was in my face and would not use the gametrail going in to my spot.To this day after taging some nice Bucks for our area they will still not even try this method.I know it works I have killed mature Buckes so close I would aim for the head wene I was shooting oo-buckshot just to make sure the buck did not turn on me.I have just started trying monck scraps with a little code blue,Last year was my first exsperement with this new way,I was sursprised at the action I drew in on me,the only problem was every youg Buck in the woods showed up too,and as you know the more eyes and noses in your fild of fire causes lots of problems.B
Please share some of your abtract hunting methods I would love to hear them.
