I am just me. I love my husband our boys and the life we live. We spend every free moment in the woods, on the lake or on the River. Come the Chill of fall we sight the rifles in, bundle up and hunt deer, come January we vest and collar up the dogs and chase the beautiful sound of Curs bayin and pigs squealin hopin for it to end in a flip and tie, and headin up the trail for some more hot signs... till late spring/summer when we knock the dust off the noodles, tie on new hooks, charge the deep cycle batteries, cut up the baitfish and chase catfish till dawn when we wax our bow strings, tie on arrows and be on the river just before day break chasin them big gar rollin makin the most beautiful plop/splash noise as their armored steel bodies break the surface of the muddy river just out of shootin distance takin your attention and breath away while just under your feet a needle nose rolls just long enough for you to catch a glimpse of silver before vanishing into the brown swirl of water while you draw your bow and can only guess which way he was heading judging by his tail flip Thwaap!! your arrow is released and for a split second you wait for slack or hopefully a solid hit and a whining reel. He aint the monster you just saw but you will settle for him now. The big Gar are always where you are heading or just where you've been, all you can hope for is a 7 footer gonna F**k up and roll by the boat and that you can keep cool long enough to cleanly draw your bow and release a stringed tailed arrow right in his side. 4 seasons is proof GOD loves us hunters and he wants us to be happy.
